Seghosting Terms of Service
Account Setup -	In order for you account to be setup, you must agree with our terms of service, all paid hosting accounts will only be setup once payment is recieved and confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. (You are required to have a website active within 7 days of getting hosting.) If you need help please visit our support forums.
Account Contents -	All Seghosting products and services may only contain legal materials. And be used for only lawful purposed. Examples of unacceptable material: Warez Sites - Any illegal programs Pirated Software Pornographic Sites Hacking programs Spamming Related
Spam Policy -	A spam polocy is zero tolerance against anything related to spamming people. All spam related accounts will be suspended.
Payment -	Seghosting payment is based on prepaid (you pay first before using this seghosting products or services). It is solely you responsiblity to ensure Seghosting recieved payment for any paid products or services of Seghosting you use. Seghosting reserves the right to change at any time the advertised priced, but you will be notified the previous billing payment.
Account suspension -	We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time for breaching our terms and conditions, for intiating in activities which may reduce the security of other web sites on our servers, or where Seghosting has been given misleading or false information regarding the type of web site to be hosted or the customer information provided has been inaccurate or false. Seghosting will provide you a reason why your account was suspended and allow you one opportunity to clarify and resolve the reason for your account suspension.
Backups and data loss -	Your use of our products and services is at your sole risk. Seghosting is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Seghosting servers.
Cancellation and refunds -	Seghosting reserves the right to cancel the account at any time. If your account has been terminated for breaching our terms and conditions, no refunds will be given. If you have paid for a year's access, the remaining months, excluding the current month will be refunded. If you have paid for a year's access, the remaining months, excluding the current month and the domain registration cost will be refunded.
Money back guarantee -	Seghosting gives you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on all hosting solutions. If at any time during the first 30 days of you wish to cancel your account, please contact us and we will gladly refund the purchase amount. This offer only applies to new customers only. All other products and services from us, we do not other refunds.
Bandwidth Usage / Disk Space -	You are given a montly bandwitdh usage based on your account package you have choosen, if the bandwidth usage passed the account limit your will be required either to upgrade to the next package, or we will suspend you account until the start of the following month. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.
Indemnification -	Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Seghosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Seghosting, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
Disclaimer -	Seghosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, by delays or errors on the server or error's caused by Seghosting or it's employees.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions -	Seghosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. If by any chance the TOS change, all disputes over the TOS are then announced invalid.
